These Terms govern your use of hffworld.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
hffworld.com is operated by Happy Fokin Friday (“HFF”) from Panamá. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase.
Collection I is limited to 500 pieces, 100 per colorway. We work to show colors and finishes accurately, but screens vary and slight differences are normal. Specifications may be refined before launch.
Prices are shown in USD as the base currency. Other currencies shown on the site are approximate conversions for reference; the amount charged is processed in the currency confirmed at checkout. Taxes and import duties may apply (see Shipping).
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and may cancel and refund an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues). A contract is formed when we confirm your order.
Payments are processed securely by our providers (Tilopay, PayPal and others). By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Warranty policy. Each piece carries its own serial identity, which can be checked on our Verify page.
The HFF name and logo, “I know, You Know.”, product designs, images and text are owned by HFF and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or use them without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Panamá, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts, subject to those mandatory rights.
