A reservation is not a completed purchase. You pay a deposit of $50 USD to reserve a piece in the colorway you choose, and the sale is completed only when that piece is ready and we charge the balance.
Until then you are holding a place, not a parcel. You can end the reservation at any time and get the deposit back in full.

All amounts are charged in USD. Other currencies shown on the site are approximate conversions for reference; your bank sets the rate it uses and may add its own fee.
Shipping, import duties and local taxes are not included in the figures above. See our Shipping Policy — for deliveries outside Panamá these are set by your country and are usually paid on delivery.
We do not promise a delivery date, because we do not yet have one we would stand behind. Collection I has not been produced, and a date invented to make a reservation easier to take is a date we would break.
We will write to you when production is scheduled, with an estimated dispatch window, and again before the balance is charged. You are never charged the balance without being told first, and you can cancel at that point or at any point before it.
If the estimate we give you moves, we write and tell you it has moved. Nothing about a reservation obliges you to keep waiting.
You can cancel a reservation at any time before your piece ships, for any reason or none, by writing to collective@hffworld.com from the address you reserved with.
We refund the full $50 USD to the payment method you used. We start the refund as soon as you ask; how long it then takes to appear is set by your bank, and is usually a few business days.
We do not keep a cancellation fee and we do not offer store credit in place of the money.
Everything above is in addition to the rights the law gives you, and nothing here reduces them.
If you live in Spain, France or Italy: you have 14 days from the day you receive the piece to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years on the piece itself.
If you live in Panamá: your rights under Panamanian consumer-protection law apply in full.

We may end a reservation and refund the deposit in full — for example if the run is not produced, if the colorway you chose closes, or in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.
If we cancel, you get the whole deposit back and owe us nothing.
Specifications may still be refined before production. If something changes that would reasonably affect your decision, we tell you and you can cancel with a full refund rather than being held to a piece you did not reserve.
Reservations are open to delivery addresses in Panamá, Spain, France and Italy. This is a shipping and payment limitation, not a preference — we open more countries as we can take payment and deliver into them properly.
